Whether you are standing up for the very first time, learning to trim across the wave, or your ready to head out the back and need help with your positioning Private Lessons are the best way to improve your experience in the ocean. Designed for anyone who wants to give surfing a try, we promise to give you an authentic taste of surfing, useful safety information about waves and the beach, and a smile that you won’t be able to wipe off for hours!

During these lessons you can expect to be introduced to understanding the ocean and how it works, water safety, correct board handling, surf etiquette, correct paddling technique and also the fundamentals of good surfing. All our coaches have years of ocean knowledge under their belts and they are there to answer any questions you might have.

Our coaching staff are all Level 1 qualified Surf Instructors with Surfing Australia, hold current Surf Rescue Certificates and have Working With Children Checks, so you are the best hands possible.
